Show:
  • Won a couple of claimers in Ireland this year, leaving Ken Condon after scoring at Clonmel in September. Poor start for new yard, never involved on recent fibresand bow (1m). Visor refitted.
  • Successful twice on polytrack around this time last year, but absent on the level since a disappointing showing on turf at Bath in May (runner-up twice over hurdles). Fibresand debut.
  • Course specialist who bounced back to form when landing a gamble here over 1m last month. Better than result last time (under 7 lb claimer) and obvious claims on stalbe debut up in trip.
  • Held his form well prior to adding to tally at Hamilton (9f) in September, but not been in the same form in 4 subsequent starts. Has bits and pieces of form at this venue and well weighted.
  • Lightly raced and disappointing in 2013 so hopes rest on change of surface and application of cheekpieces.
  • Hard to catch right and it was a weak handicap hurdle he won at Fontwell a year ago. Course winner in the past, and may have needed the run when fourth here recently.
  • Sole Flat win gained at Kempton (2m) in January 2011. Managed to get his head in front over hurdles in June, but subsequent efforts in that sphere haven't been inspiring.
  • No better than sixth in a handful of Flat starts so far.
  • Landed 1m handicap at Pontefract last July, and placed 3 times this year, most recently at this venue last month (12f). Back over more suitable trip having failed to stay last time.
  • One-time fair performer for Sir Michael Stoute but had a rather patchy record for Milton Bradley in 2012. Best watched on fibresand debut/reappearance.
  • Lightly raced (absent since March) and possibly not straightforward, but placed 3 times at this venue over shorter trips, so one to consider on reappearance.
  • Modest maiden who ran better than for a while when third at Yarmouth (14f) in October and not beaten far over that trip here 10 days ago. Worth a go at this distance.
  • Back on the scoreboard in blinkers at Kempton in February, but has rarely come close to matching that form in various headgear since.
  • Front runner who has posted some sound efforts in defeat on AW (placed 3 times here), but had plenty of chances already and others appeal more for win purposes.
Long Handicap
  • Rapid Water 8-9,
  • Una Bella Cosa 8-5
