  • 3m 110yds Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle | 9 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 Royal blue, white chevron, red sleeves and cap. Aroseforoscar
2 Dark green, white hoops, dark green sleeves, red armlets, red cap. Dancing Solo
3 Mauve and black diamonds, mauve sleeves and cap. Flugzeug

    Timeform view

AROSEFOROSCAR was a wide-margin winner at Exeter early last week and a penalty doesn't look enough to prevent a follow up. Harry Fry's Dancing Solo appeals as the type to do better now handicapping and is an obvious threat, particularly if the market vibes are strong, while Flugzeug could figure if primed for his first start since May.

  • 1m6f Handicap | 8 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 Dark green, light green triple diamond, armlets and cap. Teajaybe (USA)
2 Black, orange star. Samtu (IRE)
3 Dark blue, yellow disc, diabolo on sleeves, yellow cap. Opera Buff

    Timeform view

The vote goes to TEAJAYBE, who makes his debut for the shrewd Michael Appleby yard off a handy-looking mark. The 7-y-o has been absent since June, but his new trainer is more than capable of getting one ready following a lay-off. Samtu, who has also joined a respected yard, could emerge as the main danger if taking to this surface, while Opera Buff is also worth considering.

  • 2m1f Novices' Hurdle | 10 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 Red and purple (quartered), yellow sleeves, red cap. Kingfisher Creek
2 Navy blue, gold braid. For 'n' Against (IRE)
3 Orange, dark blue star, orange sleeves, dark blue stars, dark blue cap Barneby (FR)

    Timeform view

KINGFISHER CREEK went down only narrowly to a subsequent Grade 2 winner here 4 weeks ago and can get the better of the David Pipe-trained pair For 'N' Against and Barneby to resume winning ways.

  • 6f Handicap | 4 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 Yellow and white (quartered), yellow sleeves, white armlets, yellow cap. Abi Scarlet (IRE)
2 Red and pink diamonds. Barbs Princess
3 Black, pink stripe, chevrons on sleeves, quartered cap. Musical Molly (IRE)

    Timeform view

ABI SCARLET's recent wins have come in selling/claiming company, but this small-field handicap represents a good opportunity to add to her C&D tally. Barbs Princess, who returned from a 7-month absence to score at Wolverhampton recently, is yet to tackle this surface but appeals most for the forecast.

  • 2m1f Novices' Hurdle | 10 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 Black and beige (halved), chevrons on sleeves, beige cap. Lac Leman (GER)
2 Red and white stripes, red sleeves, white spots. Remiluc (FR)
3 Light blue, maroon hoops and armlets. Floresco (GER)

    Timeform view

German-import LAC LEMAN makes his hurdling debut in the same race that Paul Nicholls introduced Pearl Swan 3 years ago, and he showed enough in 4 starts on the level to earn him the vote ahead of Remiluc, who got closest to Saturday's Grade 2 Cheltenham third Vago Collonges here earlier this month, but is possibly fragile.
