  • 5f Maiden Stakes | 8 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 Royal blue, white striped sleeves, white cap. Grand Beauty (IRE)
2 Black, yellow spots, yellow sleeves, black spots, black cap, yellow star. Exentricity
3 Yellow, red triple diamond, armlets and cap. Alpha Delphini

    Timeform view

GRAND BEAUTY may well have needed the run when tying up late having travelled best on last month's C&D reappearance/stable debut, and is certainly the one to beat on her 2-y-o form. Exentricity and Alpha Delphini can give the selection most to think about.

  • 1m1f 100yds Maiden Stakes | 13 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 White, emerald green epaulettes, emerald green stars on cap Catalyst (IRE)
2 Green, red epaulettes, green cap Alveena (IRE)
3 White, dark blue epaulettes, hooped sleeves, dark blue cap, white star Our Rachael (IRE)

    Timeform view

CATALYST is proving expensive to follow, but she was unlucky to run into one at Galway last time and has been holding her form well, so she can deservedly get off the mark now. Alveena possibly found the race coming too soon last time and is worth another chance returning from a break, while Our Rachael is respected, also.

  • 7f Group 3 | 9 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 Emerald green, maroon chevron, maroon cap. Belvoir Bay
2 Dark green, red cap, dark green diamond. Fireglow
3 Royal blue, red stars. Epsom Icon

    Timeform view

BELVOIR BAY looked potentially pattern class when making a mockery of her opening mark at the Glorious meeting and she can confirm that now. Fireglow and Epsom Icon are feared most.

  • 2m1f 46yds Novices' Hurdle | 9 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 Black and white check, diabolo on sleeves. Scrafton
2 Grey and pink stripes, black and grey chevrons on sleeves, black and pink hooped cap. Altruism (IRE)
3 Red, large yellow spots. Killiecrankie

    Timeform view

SCRAFTON recorded a personal-best performance when readily taking a Market Rasen novice hurdle earlier this month, and can build on that effort and land the opener. C&D winner Altruism will be a big danger if he can reproduce his debut effort, while the unexposed Killiecrankie is also respected.

  • 6f Maiden Stakes | 11 runners

    Timeform 1-2-3

1 Royal blue, white cap Venturous (IRE)
2 Royal blue, white epaulets, striped cap. Kitaaby (IRE)
3 Purple, red star, red cap. Third Rock (IRE)

    Timeform view

Middle-Park entrant VENTUROUS offered plenty to work on when fifth in a 7f newcomers contest here 3 weeks ago, and given most of his yard's juveniles have improved plenty on second start, he could well be a good prospect. Kitaaby is greatly feared, with Third Rock perhaps the pick of a trio of interesting newcomers.
